Shannon Judd Robin Boniface Shannon M. Judd, President and Owner of Judd Consulting, LLC has extensive experience in leading and developing business plans for small to medium sizes business and direct responsibility for overseeing marketing and retail strategies for large corporations primarily in the Telecommunications and Retail industries. Shannon held an Executive Leadership role at Enhanced Wireless, a National Indirect Wireless Retail chain. She led the effort to evaluate the current state of the business and develop an implementation strategy for company viability. She had direct oversight of the Finance, Sales, Real Estate, Operations, Human Resources, Accounting, and Marketing organizations which included the management of over 500 employees. Shannon joined Enhanced Wireless, as the Vice President of Marketing where her responsibilities included developing the overall Marketing and Sales strategy concentrating in the areas of store profitability modeling, marketing, communications, inventory logistics, sales compensation plans, reporting, vendor agreements, and contract negotiations. Shannon has held senior positions in Retail Operations at Sprint Nextel from 1997 - 2006. As a Senior Director, her responsibilities included retail strategy development, store profitability strategy, marketing, sales communication, merchandising, inventory, sales compensation design, contests and incentives. Her team supported over 1500 company owned stores and over 100 field sales professionals that oversaw over 2,000 points of presence for Sprint Nextel. Shannon has held diverse positions on both the merchant and sales aspects of the business. These roles include but are not limited to buying and financial planning, field sales, and in house advertising agency media planning roles. Robin Boniface Uniquely positioned with over 25 years’ experience, breadth and depth in a variety of business acumen, with a collaborative and mentoring management style, Robin is an extremely desirable COO / Board of Directors candidate. Robin earned a BA in Business Computer Information Systems from The College of Notre Dame of Maryland and began her early career as a programmer, systems designer and systems engineer working for companies such as Datapoint and Northern Telecom. Robin held various sales positions from embedded base sales executive with Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), Senior Sales Manager for Bell Atlantic Meridian Systems and Sales VP Nextel National Retail. She has also held various operating roles, including Director of National Customer Support for Nortel, Director of Nextel Marketing Operations, VP Nextel Activations and Fulfillment and VP of Operations for Nextel’s Retail startup. She earned a Masters in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University in 2000. Most recently she held the positions of VP of Sales Operations, supporting all Nextel sales channels and VP Merger Integration for Sprint Nextel providing senior leadership of acquisition integration. Robin has taught 100-400 level business courses such as Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Gibbs College. She is on the board of directors for the non-profit New School Parent’s Association, and on the advisory board for Ideal Schools, a high-tech private high school startup and AirArts, a wireless application startup.
